Could you work with children who are involved in crime, or are on the edge of criminality and prevent further offending? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our dedicated team of practitioners.

You will be a Lead Practitioner for a caseload of vulnerable children, young people, and their families with a range of needs who may be at risk of exploitation.

You will undertake assessments and coordinate a response to the risks and needs of the child and or family in partnership with other agencies.

In Hull we believe that providing early, targeted interventions to vulnerable children, young people and their families as part of an integrated approach will prevent reoffending and support sustainable behavioural change.

If you are hardworking? Enthusiastic? Committed? Passionate about working with children aged 10-18 within Youth Justice processes and want to prevent children from entering the formal criminal justice system, we would like to hear from you.
