Could you directly supervise and manage a child within the community to carry our reparation and activities relating to intervention plans having been involved with the criminal justice system. Reparation is about giving back to the community or direct victims for harm caused and therefore you may be required to use service vehicles to transport children or equipment to areas in Hull.

You will work closely with the case manager and plan and deliver targeted placements/interventions to support the child to make sustainable behavioural change and prevent reoffending. The overall aim of reparation and the role is to promote sustainable positive outcomes for children and young people across Hull.

You will focuses on developing a positive self-esteem for the child, exploring the strength of the child and offers consequences to anti-social or offending behaviour which may well have had a victim or community panel recommendation.
