Are you looking for a new challenge in communications/public relations where your excellent copywriting, design and digital skills can be used in a highly varied and hands-on role?


As our
Communications and PR Officer, working as part of a small team you will play a key role in developing and delivering the company's communication, public relations and content marketing strategy, reporting in to the Group Communications and Marketing Manager.


Key responsibilities include:

  • To work with the Group Communications and Marketing Manager to develop the Group's communication and PR strategy.
  • Develop and deliver effective communications and PR campaigns across multiple channels.
  • To coordinate and assist with the delivery of agreed marketing and advertising content for campaigns for each operating division as required.
  • To work with colleagues to develop engaging website content and an increased online presence across multiple channels.
  • Manage compliance with the Group's corporate guidelines.
  • Develop and coordinate the delivery of employee awareness campaigns supporting Group wide initiatives and key messages.
  • To identify opportunities for media coverage and produce press releases for news outlets and trade publications enhancing the Hills brand and reputation.
  • Administer the Group Communications and Marketing SharePoint site and content.
Driving licence and own vehicle are essential.

Interviews for the role will commence from 19th March 2024.
