This salary for this role is £23,000 which when pro rata down is £13,800.
Main purpose of the role is to provide key payroll services to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- The creation of fortnightly payrolls for the UK and Ireland, including reconciliation for approval.
- Yearend payroll reconciliations for Audit.
- All monthend balance sheet reconciliations involving payroll.
- Third party and HMRC reconciliations
- Reporting on National Statistics & irish earnings
- Communication with employees regarding payroll questions.
- Any additional responsibilities that are given.
Person Specification:
- Previous payroll experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to operate on your own initiative as well as in a team
- Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Excel
