The role _

As the
HR & Payroll Administrator, your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Support payroll each month, processing commission, bonus, overtime, pension, salary sacrifice and more.
  • About 75% of the role is payroll focused.
  • Support the recruitment process, writing job descriptions and adverts.
  • Manage and monitor production hours.
  • Support onboarding of new starters.
  • Provide HR Administrative support.

The experience required _

As a successful
HR & Payroll Administrator, you will have the following:

  • Previous payroll experience ideally using SAGE Payroll and managing payroll procedures.
  • Some HR administration experience previously.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent organisation and IT skills with working knowledge of HR and Payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
