Salary:
Flexible base salary
dependant on experience plus a quarterly commission scheme

Radius Campus, Emperor Way, Crewe Business Park, CW1 6BD
Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
What would your day to day look like?
This would be dependent upon the area you work, however typical responsibilities you can expect are;
- Daily contact with customers via Telephone, SMS, Email, Payment links or Letter, in line with credit policy
- Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact within Cruise / Sugar
- Escalation of accounts and issues as required
- Actively engage in relevant and appropriate opportunities for crossdepartment working to build relationships & share knowledge
- Use exposure to different areas of Credit and businesses / products to share good ideas and approaches across the team and improve the processes and systems as a result
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales team.
