Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver robust support to the accounts receivable function
  • Handle all aspects of credit control, including customer account inquiries
  • Maintain and refresh customer account records
  • Generate customer statements and invoices
  • Establish new customer accounts, ensuring thorough credit reference checks
  • Oversee the credit control and administrative communication channels
  • Provide monthly reports on outstanding debts
  • Assist the accounts department with general finance tasks as needed

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in an accounts or credit control position
  • AAT qualification or partial qualification is preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel is essential
