The role of Accounts Receivable Administrator is crucial to our success. You will be responsible for managing customer cash and sales ledgers for the Fuel division across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

This is a fast-paced role that supports the heart of our global Credit team and offers a start time of between 7am and 8am on a 12-month Fixed Term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily banking and cash allocation process to provide collections teams with up-to-date customer balance.
  • Manage the Sales ledger to ensure accurate bad debt reporting and adherence to overpayment and write-off policies.
  • Prepare for and input into monthly ledger reviews.
  • Conduct simple and complex ledger investigations and assist with allocation queries.
  • Support the Credit team with bank reconciliations.
  • Re-Dispatch campaigns and credit notes.

We're looking for candidates with strong Excel skills and a willingness to take ownership of queries and be accountable for the data.
