We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reward and Data Partner to join our HR department. This is a full time, permanent position and will be based from our Glasgow city centre office (hybrid working).

The Day to Day

  • Responsible for coordinating the successful delivery and continuous improvement of cyclical activities such as pay review, bonus, performance management and long and shortterm incentive schemes
  • Deliver the operational Reward cyclical activities including collation, calculation, analysis, modelling and communication of payments
  • Embed Reward governance and assurance across esure and ensure robust process around the Pay & Reward framework to maintain fairness and consistency in pay
  • Manage day to day Pay & Reward activities, including management of budget and contracts including supplier management and managing performance and cost effectiveness
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Pay & Reward framework through the provision of analytical and administrative support
  • Provide administrative management of the Management Incentive Programme (MIP) in partnership with Bain
  • Support and manage all Executive Reward activities including Long Term Incentives
  • Provide analytical support to underpin the design of the reward and benefits arrangements
  • Complete market benchmarking activities including the completion of salary, benefit and policy surveys
  • Support the Chief People Officer and Head of Reward and People Services in delivering the requirements of the Remuneration Committee, and other Executive Meetings
  • Data owner and governance owner around Pay & Reward MI
  • Deliver annual year end reporting and activity
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actions and prepare any regulatory submissions such as gender pay
  • Create Gender Pay gap reporting and development of narrative and actions working in conjunction with wider HR team
  • Carry out financial modelling around Pay & Reward
  • Work with Finance on financial modelling to inform forecasting including all Executive Reward
  • Provide insight and analysis to key stakeholders, ensuring esure has a high performing workforce, allowing the business to make evidenceled decisions
  • Own and produce monthly KPI and MI Packs which are easily articulated, simple to understand and delivered right first time to support the Group's people strategy

We'd Love you to Bring

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate/interpret complex data and evaluate information objectively
  • Experience with salary frameworks, job evaluation principles, compensation and benefits with uptodate market knowledge
  • Advanced IT literate with significant knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, PowerBI and VBA
  • Experience of Supplier Management
  • Ability to influence change at senior levels, including successfully facilitating joint decisionmaking
  • Ability to create a positive working relationship at all levels and build credibility
  • Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail
  • A flexible team player with a high level of initiative
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Capable of working on own projects and taking responsibility of own workload, as well as being an enthusiastic team player
  • Must be able to translate business strategy and objectives into reward design
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders directly, you'll have strong Business Partnering/Consultancy skills as well as being an expert in Data science and/or insight
  • Strong eye for detail and drive for rigorous process
  • Ability to transform unstructured information into usable data sources
  • Be curious, relentless, resilient and diplomatic who doesn't take no for an answer
  • Excellent attention to ethical best practices and follows legislation, regulations, guidelines and data governance
