How you'll spend your time_:
_

  • Establishing benefits realisation reporting, identifying risks and opportunities, working with stakeholders to manage and understand benefit gaps and create a feedback loop to embed learnings into future business cases.
  • Coordinating the update of detailed financial forecasts, working collaboratively with teams, to develop robust plans and to ensure that our financial and headcount forecasts are reflective of planned activities.
  • Providing innovative and insightful commercial reporting to ensure costs and investments are understood and costs are controlled within budgets.
  • Identifying opportunities and risks, working collaboratively across teams, to manage and understand performance gaps.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to simplify processes and/or driving efficiency across the cost base.
  • Promote a costconscious environment, embed finance processes and follow best practice.

This opportunity will be great for you if you

  • Are a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with extensive business partnering experience
  • Are highly analytical and have experience of developing complex financial business cases
  • Have Experience of working closely with 3rd party vendors to drive commercial terms.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Are able to communicate effectively to wider audiences including both finance and nonfinance teams
  • Have strong relationship management skills to enable working with multiple stakeholders at all levels within the organisation effectively
  • Demonstrate resilience and an ability to work under pressure
  • Have experience of working in a large corporate matrix environment with teams located remotely
