WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a team member of a European Service Organisation for B2B products, the role of the CS Commercial Administrator


is to calculate quotations, write proposals and contracts as well as to follow up on existing proposals and maintain contracts; additionally, you will be supporting the delivery of a varied range of business, administrative and project tasks to internal and external customers, related to customer service and service business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

Proposal and Contract Management

  • Calculating and preparing support offers/proposals for hardware, software and service solutions.
  • Follow up with sales colleagues and customers for acceptance of proposals.
  • Add new proposals to our Salesforce CRM system and update progress on open proposals.
  • Monthly reporting on Salesforce activity of new & open proposal pipeline and won contracts.
  • Attend service sales forecasting meetings with management.
  • Gather data from different sources to generate monthly service sales report.
  • Define contract conditions and liaise with legal department for approval.
  • Write processes to define services delivery and publish internally.
  • Registration of new contracts and assets for newly sold services.
  • Contract renewals calculating new price (if applicable) and chase renewals.
Invoicing for new contracts and renewals.

Support the team manager in the development of new services and customer support related projects.

Perform such other duties, appropriate to the role as and may be required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Education/ Relevant Experience:

  • Good general level of education.
  • Work experience in a commercial administration and/or contract management role.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or an equivalent CRM would be highly desirable.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Demonstrates good data analysis and data management skills (accurately collates data, detailed analysis of information, thorough approach to document preparation, generates reports etc.)
  • Organises own work effectively in order to deliver objectives within agreed timeframes.
  • Ability to work as part of a Pan-European team, while considering diverse cultures and language
  • Selfmotivated with excellent communication skills, able to work as part of a team or independently.
