Your Role
We are looking to recruit 2 Social Work Team Assistants to support the smooth running of Business Support for teams of qualified social workers.
The role will assist in the processing of full end to end servicing of meetings that are of a high standard and provide a high-quality customer service to our internal and external customers with timely responses and solutions to queries.
The role will also process, format, collate and assemble documents. The role will be exposed to records of a sensitive nature and undertake essential financial support E.g. raising purchase orders and processing invoices on behalf of the service.
As part of the central support model, you will be responsible for an efficient delivery of Childrens assessment and safeguarding services as part of a cross functional and multiskilled team ensuring work is completed within agreed standards and timescales.
