TPP are recruiting for a temporary
Assessment Administrator on behalf of our client, a longstanding professional membership and awarding body for the leadership and support of the pharmacy profession in England, Scotland, and Wales.

The Role - Assessment Administrator:


As an
Assessment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in
supporting the delivery of high-quality assessments, ensuring
efficient and effective organisation and administration.

You'll be part of a dynamic team, working towards the organisation's goal of excellence in pharmacy practice and education.

Key Responsibilities - Assessment Administrator:

  • Assist in the daytoday administration of assessment portfolios.
  • Coordinate assessor assignments and support in preparing assessment results.
  • Handle appeals, complaints, and coordinate training and feedback for assessors.
  • Maintain accurate and inclusive data, ensuring the highest standards of data protection.

Skills and Experience required - Assessment Administrator:

  • Proven experience in managing complex workflows and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high focus on quality.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
