Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Registry leadership team as a key member. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, interpersonal skills, and relevant knowledge of the higher education sector. They will be responsible for leading and developing the student help desk and programme administration & assessment teams, ensuring excellent customer service to students and academics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the student help desk and programme administration & assessment teams
  • Oversee the execution of effective student and programme support
  • Work closely with the Quality and Student Records, Data & Systems, and Academic teams on operational and strategic planning activities
  • Develop and implement projects and workstreams related to administrative support functions and processes
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent relevant knowledge and experience of working in the higher education sector
  • Experience of leadership working in a Programmes or Assessment team in an HE environment
  • Knowledge of Student Assessments, data management, and running Examination Boards
