Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Programme Administration and Assessment team. As a key member of our Registry leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of ICMP and supporting our application for indefinite Degree Awarding Powers (DAPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the student help desk and programme administration & assessment and Library teams
  • Oversight and execution of effective student and programme support
  • Working closely with the Quality and Student Records, Data & Systems and Academic teams on operational and strategic planning activities, projects, and events
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent relevant knowledge and experience of working in the higher education sector
  • Experience of leadership working in a Programmes or Assessment team in an HE environment
  • Knowledge of Student Assessments, data management, and running Examination Boards
