We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Programme Administration and Assessments team, shaping the future of ICMP and supporting our application for indefinite Degree Awarding Powers (DAPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the student help desk and programme administration & assessment and Library teams
  • Oversight and execution of effective student and programme support
  • Excellent customer-focused student services
  • Working closely with Quality and Student Records, Data & Systems, and Academic teams
  • Operational and strategic planning activities, projects, and events related to administrative support functions and processes
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal soft skills
  • Excellent relevant knowledge and experience of working in the higher education sector
  • Leadership experience in a Programmes or Assessment team in an HE environment
  • Experience of leading excellent customer-focused student services
  • Knowledge of Student Assessments, data management, and running Examination Boards and projects
