Description:
This position is under the direction of the People Services Helpdesk Manager within their team. The role calls for a highly organized and efficient coordinator to collaborate with the Helpdesk team directly, while also offering virtual and matrixed support. The ideal candidate must navigate ambiguity well, focus on achieving outcomes, and prioritize enhancing employee experience. Responsibilities include enhancing materials on the company intranet to encourage colleague self-service. They should be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve self-service options and supporting colleagues in various ways. Key Responsibilities within the People Services Helpdesk Function:

  • Administer contracts of employment and job offers effectively via Oracle HCM, maintaining high standards
  • Play a key role in managing joiners-movers-leavers processes for internal and external audits
  • Lead transactional People Services across the business as part of the Helpdesk Function
  • Assist hiring managers in organizing various types of interviews and screening calls
  • Provide support to the People Services Helpdesk by generating relevant reports for stakeholders
  • Handle internal queries through Service Requests in Oracle HCM Cloud and external email queries
  • Address Tier 1 Resourcing queries raised through People Services Helpdesk, guiding resolutions
  • Support the Payroll Lead with all payroll functions, including monthly runs and end-of-year processes
  • Resolve Tier 1 payroll queries via People Services Helpdesk in collaboration with the Payroll Lead
  • Maintain accurate employee data in all Arqiva People Services and Payroll Systems
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and ensure processes are well-documented
  • Identify opportunities to enhance intranet articles for self-service purposes and drive necessary changes
