Client Relationship Executive


Working Monday to Friday office hours you will be looking after the companies clients and answering their queries and supporting them with any further help that they require.


The role will require:
- adaptability to a new environment and high energy
- rapport building skills
- able to support a busy department with queries and ensuring the clients have all they need
- updating records, managing a database easily
- reach out to existing and previous clients maintain a great working relationship


In return you will receive a great salary depending upon experience, benefits package of 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and quarterly bonus.


This role may be suitable for someone who has worked in retail previously or customer service roles, who can deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
