£22k to start with but will rise as you progress
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri, 1 day WFH once fully trained - they will also consider part time working to fit around school hours

This Customer Services Administrator role will suit someone who is tech savvy, who is willing to learn, and who has exceptional communication skills.
Ideally you will have some interest in Technology and electronic products and if you have some telecoms/technicalknow-how then even better.
If you have worked within retail or any sort of telecoms/IT company, then you could be a great fit for this role.
Full training will be given, but you should be computer literate and know your way around a mobile phone
The role will see you being involved with billing and technical issues, maintaining customer data, resolving invoice queries, raising sales invoices and other general admin duties.

Job Description The role is an important one, supporting and working closely with Customers and the Customer Services Team. Primarily focussing on their Virtual Landline customers, but also dealing with their other customers as required. You will be responsible for respondingto customer requests and queries to maximise customer satisfaction.
Areas of work will range from dealing with billing and technical issues on the Virtual Landline product and website, maintaining customer data, resolving invoice queries, raising sales invoices credit control, programming and configuring handsets orderedby customers and ad hoc one off projects.
The individual will be expected to have a mature proactive response to the role, enjoy helping customers and have a real passion to drive the business forward.
You will also be supporting and working closely with Customers and the Customer Services Team. Primarily focussing on their Virtual Landline customers, but also dealing with our other customers as required. You will be responsible for responding to customerrequests and queries to maximise customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Responsible for resolving customer queries. Respond to customer billing information requests
- Resolving daily service issues, logging faults and updating tickets
- Reterminating numbers and order processing, including handset set up
- Logging all customer interactions in the company CRM system
- Customer communications, (e.g. calling to enquire why cancelling etc.)
- Sales Ledger / Billing
- Ensuring all invoice and pro forma invoice requests are processed and dispatched on a timely basis. The processing of credit notes in compliance with the company's credit procedures
- Credit card receipts and refunds
- Other commercial duties as and when required as the role develops organically
