We currently have a great opportunity for a
Multi-Skilled Operative - Voids to join our in-house Construction Company, Property Plus on a fixed term basis until April 2024.

We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

The Role


As a Multi-Skilled Operative in the Voids Team, you will carry out high quality maintenance work to the Group's properties and for external customers as appropriate.

You will carry out traditional duties of a multi-skilled trades person, including plumbing, carpentry, wet trades and building plus related finishes, patching and making good tasks as requested.

We are committed to carrying out safeguarding checks with all our colleagues. These checks may vary according to the role you have applied for.

Skills and experience required:

  • Multiskilled experience
  • Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification (C&G or NVQ) or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience)
  • Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice
  • Experience in maintenance preferably within a social housing background
  • Ability to diagnose and prioritise specific work activities and tasks
  • Effective team player
  • Outstanding customer care skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
