About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our in-house maintenance company, Property Plus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality maintenance work to our properties, including plumbing, carpentry, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance work to a high standard, including wet trades and building tasks
  • Work closely with the Voids Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Have a working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, and relevant British standards
  • Have experience of working in a social housing repairs and maintenance environment
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Nationally recognised trade qualification or approved certificated qualification
  • Experience of multi-skilled work, including completing different trade tasks
  • Outstanding customer care skills
  • Full UK driving licence
