Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5S, 6 Sigma, VSM, SMED, TPM, and OEE, across manufacturing operations.
- Build and motivate multi-functional and flexible manufacturing teams.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) across the factory.
- Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, develop, and improve teams.
- Experience in operations management, manufacturing management, or a related field.
- ILM Leadership/Management Qualification is desirable but not essential.
