  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations and solutions to customers.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes.
  • Uphold company values and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
  • Manage all outbound orders from sending purchase order to shipping item.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with a range of microsoft softwares
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette for customer interactions
