About the role

About you

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor who believes in prioritizing individuals in every aspect of HR service delivery. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge in Employee Relations, HR Processes, Reward, and Employee Engagement. Holding a CIPD Level 3 certificate is preferred, along with proficiency in operating HR systems. The role demands strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, resourcefulness, approachability, diligence, and a solutions-focused mindset. Some travel is expected, hence access to a vehicle and a valid UK driver's license are necessary.
