Join Our Team as Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are thrilled to offer a fantastic role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Civil Engineering contractor. This company is expanding its operations and opening a new region, providing an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a brand new team.

  • Work Location: Northampton/Hybrid
  • Specialization: Civils/Highways
  • Salary: Up to £73k + Car Allowance + Bonus

In this role, you will be involved in various projects within an hour of Northampton, including highways construction and Section 278 works for development infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with the team, both on-site and remotely as per project requirements.

The projects are executed for a mix of public and private clients, utilizing contract forms such as JCT, NEC & ICC. Your initial assignment will be on a £5-6m roundabout construction scheme in Stratford starting in July. This project will focus on culverting and river training under NEC4 option A Contract for an estimated 12-month duration.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will encompass various Quantity Surveying tasks, including procurement, cost management, valuations, subcontractor management, and more. There is a clear path for career advancement within the company, with plans to significantly increase the turnover of the new region annually.

This role offers a salary ranging from £55k to £73k, along with a comprehensive package consisting of a car allowance, bonus, and 25 days of annual leave.
