Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are working with a leading international contractor to find a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major infrastructure project.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects with Tier 1 contractors, managing NEC contracts, and delivering commercial outcomes. A Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification is required, along with a proven track record of success at Quantity Surveyor level.

Key responsibilities will include preparing and agreeing variation accounts, monitoring costs against targets, and identifying potential commercial risks. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead a small team of commercial staff and work closely with other disciplines to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on large infrastructure projects with Tier 1 contractors
  • NEC contract management experience
  • Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification
  • Proven track record of success at Quantity Surveyor level
  • Full driving license
