About the Role

EC PROPERTY RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Northampton office. As a key member of the Major Projects and Cost Consultancy department, you will be responsible for working on a range of new and refurbishment projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Projects will range from £500,000 to £30 million.

Key Responsibilities

* Work independently on projects, with support and supervision provided by Directors
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety

Requirements

* MRICS qualification
* 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience as a PQS
