Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a large infrastructure project in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will have experience working with Tier 1 contractors on projects exceeding £30 million and will be familiar with NEC contracts.

About the Role

  • Lead the commercial team in delivering a positive outcome for the project, working closely with other disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor cost against targets, and progress contract progress against accepted programmes and work plans.
  • Negotiate and resolve disputes, identifying potential commercial risks and evaluating options for their control and management.

Requirements

  • Qualified Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
  • Enrolled in, or seeking membership of, a relevant professional institution (CICES, RICS or similar).
  • Successful experience at Quantity Surveyor level, with a strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
