Reporting to the Head of HR, this role provides a great opportunity to get involved in various HR practices and the entire employee journey within a vibrant organization.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR team in implementing HR practices and overseeing the employee lifecycle.
  • Organize training and development for new and existing employees, identifying training needs and facilitating training sessions.
  • Support in the management of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to employee performance management, from goal setting to regular performance reviews.
  • Engage with employee relations, coordinate surveys, handle data reporting, and manage confidential information.
  • Analyze and provide HR-related management information on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Address employee queries on HR policies and procedures and prepare employment-related documents.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across all departments, serving as a reliable business partner.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as needed to support the HR function.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing the complete employment lifecycle.
  • Previous experience working in the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Great organizational abilities and self-motivation.
  • Knowledge of HR data systems and performance management is a plus.
