Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's members are provided with top-notch customer service.


Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the processing of insurance claims and effectively communicating with customers via phone, email, and letters.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing detailed product information.
Providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Skills & Experience To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with remarkable attention to detail.
Strong time management and computer literacy skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
Problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
