Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input data into company databases and systems.

Telephone Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls to customers and employees, providing assistance and information as required.

Filing Systems: Maintain and organize electronic and paper-based filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Document Management: Photocopy, print, and manage documents as needed.

Office Support: Assist with general office tasks and maintain office organisation and tidiness to ensure smooth operation.

Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative role.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of Sage Payroll
  • Experience in a fastpaced office environment
