- Reception duties
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Assist with the ordering of office supplies
- File closing, storing and dealing with destruction requirements
- Providing administrative support to fee earners including fileopening, working with case management internal and external, telephone management, filing and dealing with post
- General Photocopying
- Learning firm policies and business processes, ensuring compliance particularly with regards to confidentiality, security, data protection
- Team player
- Compliant with Data Protection rules & regulations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage a busy workload.
- Flexibility & adaptability
- Able to undertake physically demanding duties at times.
