We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. As a key member of our practice team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive reception services, including managing telephone calls, patient queries, and practice visitors.
  • Utilize SystmOne GP clinical system to generate prescriptions, manage medical records, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our practice, including maintaining a tidy and organized environment, managing waiting patients, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Support our healthcare team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the development of administration processes and guidelines.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is proficient in using SystmOne and has experience working in a GP practice. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and confidentiality.
