Dental Receptionist

**Hayes Croft Dental practice is under new ownership and is seeking a friendly, organised and customer focused Dental Receptionist to join our team & practice in Barnsley.**

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and dental records
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

'''Qualifications'''
- Customer facing experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role; dental office experience is a plus.
- Basic IT skills is essential and Proficient ability to operate a computer based system, however full training on dental software will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation skills, multitasking abilities to handle, various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Make appointments, take payments and handover to clinicians and team members
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling patient records and carrying out administrative duties.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
