  • Act as the Sustainability spokesperson for the business
  • Raise level of awareness and education of sustainability topics
  • Understand the future needs of different customers types
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand activities that currently exist and to advise on improving the processes (Gap analysis).
  • Identify legislative changes and trends/requirements to produce a sustainability roadmap
  • Develop and lead a forum for steering sustainability topics across the wider business and agree priorities at Senior management level
  • Create clarity around what information is available from which source and make it accessible create a database of information and promoting through internal and external communication.
