We are seeking Healthcare Assistants.


PML and Oxford Health Out of Hours services have been jointly commissioned to establish a brand new Urgent Care Centre service to support local health care services in the Banbury area and are seeking clinical staff to work 6 or 12 hour shifts.


UCCs will also ease the pressure on hospitals, leaving other parts of the system free to treat the most serious cases.

The UCC offer will result in decreased attendance at A&E, or, in co-located services offering the opportunity for streaming at the front door.


  • We require clinical staff to be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team in the centre help support local winter pressures
  • The service will operate 7 days a week, 8am10am and see patients booked through 111 or referral through A&E, and will be equipped to diagnose and deal with many of the most common minor ailments people attend A&E.
  • Ideally, you will have some experience in delivering health care. You will be part of a new team and have an opportunity to work flexibly to fit in with personal circumstances.


In hours shifts are
8 or 9am to 6.30pm, 8 or 9am to 1pm and 1pm to 6.30pm and Out of Hour shifts are
6.30pm to 10am.


**You must be able to work at least one night shift per week.
