About the Role
As a Staff Nurse on our Outpatient team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
