About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our Day Case Team at the Horton General Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the admission of patients to the wards and support registered nurses with patient care post-operatively.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Support the infusion side of the unit by being competent in cannulation.
Person Specification
  • Care Certificate
  • Able to demonstrate literacy and numeracy
  • Good command of spoken English
  • Ability to cannulate
