Your role in a nutshell:


In the key support role working for our 'The Body Shop at Home' market, the purpose of this role is to have responsible for proactively creating the tools required to support key account management for Leadership, driving sales, recognition, engagement and retention.

You will work closely with the Sales Team to drive leader engagement that supports the market in meeting market KPIs and also with the Commissions team to interpret and analyse leadership data, proactively looking to continually improve the overall leader experience and make recommendations to the Market Director and market Sales team.

  • Further responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a business coaching scorecard (supported by Commissions Team) that enables the market Sales team to have constructive business calls, showing the overall business performance highlights and shortfalls, for individual consultants/leaders/SVP+
  • Ownership and creation of the recognition plan to drive sales, recruitment, and overall business growth, that supports our growing business needs by rewarding the Consultants and Leaders for the desired behaviours, Working closely with Engagement Manager to ensure end delivery is as intended.
  • Responsible for identifying and proposing incentive criteria to the UK Market Director that will address business drivers and needs to promote growth, reviewing and analysing results and data to realise ROI
  • Ownership of accurate and relevant trackers to support recognition strategy, working with commissions team to ensure the creation is aligned to the business needs
  • Responsible for robust logistics and smooth delivery of recognition at events, in conjunction with The Events Team
  • Accountable for overseeing the Events Administrator (need to check correct title) on event and recognition reward/gift purchasing, ensuring budget management and sustainably sourced and correctly branded purchasing
  • Support the UK Market Director in conducting external benchmarking within the direct selling sector to ensure best in class business support tool provision
  • Work with the UK Market Team to provide information required to create sales tools and support aids
  • Ad hoc responsibilities such as but not limited to, raising POs, dealing with relevant consultant queries etc
  • Travel to events will be required occasionally
