Role Overview

As a member of the Reward & Recognition team within the Talent, Performance & Reward division, you will be responsible for evaluating, reimagining (when appropriate), and executing reward processes and initiatives. You will report to the EMEA Reward & Recognition Lead and work closely with colleagues in London and the US, as well as with the Talent Acquisition team and People & Culture Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of compensation programs aligned with our organizational philosophy while ensuring robust governance.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers during the offer negotiation phase.
  • Utilize compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation strategies and analyze outcomes.
  • Design and implement reward and recognition frameworks applicable across the organizational structure.
  • Effectively communicate with senior stakeholders and internal analytics teams to deliver insights that drive data-informed business decisions.
  • Assess market data to evaluate the competitiveness of total compensation offerings across all levels.
  • Lead compensation initiatives from conception to execution, including modeling, project planning, communication, and training in collaboration with the Reward & Recognition team.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of compensation programs, proposing innovative changes to enhance our total rewards strategy.

  • Proven experience managing intricate reward programs and enhancing processes, preferably within a technology environment.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information from diverse sources to provide timely insights for decision-making, with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changes, demonstrating a readiness to learn.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
  • Skilled in conducting research and testing hypotheses to inform business strategies, actively seeking feedback to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborative approach to stakeholder management, regularly proposing process improvements.
  • Highly organized, adept at managing multiple projects and activities effectively.
  • Agile and flexible, eager to learn from colleagues and experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and understanding across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a technology company or similar environment facing unique talent challenges.
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with frequent changes.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database tools for data extraction.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape, particularly in AI research or related sectors.
