Our client is seeking a driven and ambitious Healthcare Partnership Manager to create and develop market access alongside expandingthe growth and uptake of their exciting wound care portfolio, by establishing and promoting effective relationships with KOLs and decision makers in the NHS across East Anglia and North East London.


Ideal Requirements

  • You will have a significant sales background, ideally in the Medical Device industry.
  • Knowledge of the wound care market is desirable though not essential.
  • Ability to create and influence new business opportunities.
  • Excellent customer and account management.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse sales data.
  • NHS Knowledge including key policy drivers and organisational structure.
  • Ideally based around Essex, Suffolk or North East London area.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver national market access strategies at a regional level, to drive formulary inclusion and generate/open market access.
  • Achieve annual market access target by gaining new formulary listings and optimising existing formulary listings.
  • Identify new and renewal business opportunities within the region, utilising available data to enable highly effective strategic planning and targeting of business opportunities.
  • Work in collaboration with the Clinical Specialist (CS) to formulate a robust regional business plan, which incorporates both the market access and clinical strategies.
  • Support achievement of regional sales targets through new market access.
  • Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support advanced wound care and compression range.
  • Build and support Implementation Plans and review at regular intervals
  • Achievement of agreed KPIs and SFE Standards working within relevant policies.
  • Build positive customer relationships in order to be seen as the 'Partner of Choice.'
  • Develop and promote Regional/National product advocates.
  • Identify and implement projects within the region, centred around NHS work streams, quality, efficiencies, and organisational needs, that will lead to increased access and revenue.
  • Understand and tailor proposals based on the high priority needs of the customer.
  • Deliver demonstrable outcomes of partnership working.
  • Develop flexible solutions for Trust/Community accounts to maximize implementation and adoption across the designated portfolio.
  • Identify, engage and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, decision makers & new influential customers within the LHE.
