As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the experienced and established teams, and other external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to CQC standards and regulations
  • Ensure both quality and financial targets are met, and facilitate the development of quality healthcare services
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the care home, ensuring adherence to Elysium's objectives and business plan
  • Promote and enhance Elysium Healthcare's reputation for high-quality outcomes for clients
  • Understand and respond to the specific needs of individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder
  • Participate in contract reviews and represent the organisation in respect of service delivery
  • Lead the supervision and annual review process within Elysium Care Partnerships for your team

Requirements:

  • Experience with Challenging Behaviour and Positive Behaviour Support (essential)
  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • An excellent track record in a management role within the social or healthcare sector (essential)
  • Strong commercial acumen, to support successful service delivery and development, people management, budget control, business development, and revenue generation
  • An inclusive and supportive management style balanced with strong leadership
  • Experience in working with external agencies such as CQC, Safeguarding, CCGs etc
  • A commitment to a person-centred approach to deliver high-quality services to enable people to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives
