Provide advice on recruitment to managers and support to recruitment coordinators and HR administrators to ensure KPIs are met. To support the HR helpline and manage the HR inbox as part of the HRA rota. To participate in organisational change projects by supporting consultation sessions and other relevant activities within the project plan.

To support and participate in the development and delivery of training to all staff groups in all areas of HR practice.


To undertake job evaluation assessments and reviews in line with Agenda for Change job evaluation processes Provide advice on terms and conditions of employment.

Be proactive in working with the HR Business Partner and Directorate Managers to reduce levels of sick absence, working in accordance with the appropriate policies and procedures.

To enable access to wellbeing and other services, eg payroll, workplace wellbeing, including support to managers for the creation of high quality management referrals to Occupational Health.

Ensure all HR records and databases are maintained, providing monthly reports on workforce information and ad hoc reports as requested.


To undertake delegated pieces of work in support of projects managed by the HR Business Partner To support the coordination of annual projects for example Staff Survey and Consultant Clinical Excellence Awards as required.
