Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
  • Develop and implement effective action plans to address employee relations issues; recommend corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with line managers to ensure that absences are maintained within acceptable limits utilising occupational health where appropriate.
  • Roll out new HR systems and processes to improve employee experience and engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' advisory experience in HR.
  • CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in handling high-volume employee relations cases with successful outcomes.

What We Offer
