Senior HR Advisor

Pratap Partnership Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team and line managers in their employee relations, recruitment, and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to line managers and the Senior Leadership Team on UK employment law and company policies.
  • Support the recruitment process, including vacancy specification, talent attraction, and selection.
  • Take ownership of succession planning and talent management strategies for the business.
  • Coordinate attendance management procedures and deal with attendance-related issues.
  • Update HR policies in line with company and statutory changes.
  • Support change management initiatives and participate in consultation meetings.
  • Manage the HRIS, T&A, and LMS systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Coordinate Occupational Health activities, including DSE assessments.
  • Work with the HR Manager to coordinate tasks associated with Union relations and negotiations.
Requirements:
  • Experience at HR Advisor level or above.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and a desire to develop that knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with line managers and Senior Leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to suggest improvements to systems.
  • Resilience, a high drive for success, and excellent attention to detail.
