Locum Community Neuro Occupational Therapist

Based within a fantastic Specialist Community Service in Epsom, this position is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who needs a new challenge and wants to take their career to the next step.
This position is suitable for a very experienced Specialist Neuro Occupational Therapist and would accept candidates on a band 6 level.
About this role and the successful candidate:
The candidate must have good experience working with patients with neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions.
Community experience
Experience working with adults & older adults
MDT working
Ability to complete the required number of community visits around the borough of Sutton, South West London. Seeing patients with a Sutton GP, both in their own home, care homes & in the community as required
Assessment & treatment / intervention of patients with Neurological conditions in the community setting
