A reputable large manufacturing group is in search of a seasoned Senior Payroll Specialist to join their finance team. The position offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 and is based in an office near Farnborough with a Hybrid Model.



Your mission in this position
- Ensure timely and precise processing of monthly payroll, covering various aspects such as starters/leavers, sick pay, holiday pay, and more.
- Transfer employee data accurately from the HR system to the Payroll System while adhering to tax and legal regulations.

Critical responsibilities to handle
- Execute administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and qualifications you'll need to shine in this role
For this role, you must bring in substantial experience in payroll operations to hit the ground running. Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and effective communication skills are crucial. Proficiency in ADVANCED EXCEL is preferred. Moreover, a good understanding of pension processes, salary sacrifice schemes, and familiarity with ADP IHCM would be advantageous.
