National Account Executive– Snacking Food Scale-up (B-Corp Certified)

East London (hybrid working)
£30-33k plus annual company wide bonus

We are partnering with an exciting, award-winning challenger brand in the health food category that has grown rapidly over the last few years, gaining listings across most major grocery multiples, foodservice and independent food outlets equating to over 20,000 points of distribution with listings in high-end stores like Wholefoods Selfridges as well as major retailers like Tesco's,Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Coop, ASDA and Morrisons.

Due to their impressive growth, they are looking to hire a National Account Exec who can support and drive their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

Account management - Wholesale and Foodservice.
Winning New Business - Identifying and winning exciting further distribution opportunities for the brand.

P&L support & financial reporting- Accurately reporting on performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, identifying opportunities for growth and troubleshooting areas of concern.

Working with marketing and the Senior National Account Manager to find creative ideas to engage existing and new customers.
Customer Engagement - Working with customers to ensure they have the best experience with the brand and their products.

Operations and admin support - Complete a monthly forecast for your customers, attending weekly Sales and Ops meetings and supporting the operations team with anything they require for your customers.

Customer admin management - All customer admin is completed on time. This includes loading promotions, submitting any customer investment and agreeing annual plans.

Qualifications and Skills needed:


Team player – Both internally and externally, being part of a team will be essential to making this role a success.

Highly Organised – Managing several tasks at once and meeting deadlines is a key requirement for this role.
Adaptable – You'll be asked to learn new processes and manage various customers. A curious and adaptable nature is a must.
Competitive – You'll thrive working in a team environment and showing what your capable of. Winning new listings is essential. You'll constantly strive to grow your accounts.

Passionate – You'll enjoy promoting our products to your customers and get a real buzz out of winning new stocking points.

Previous experience with food and drink – You may have previously worked as a brand ambassador or even have some experience working in food and drink.

You'll have a good commercial eye and be able to spot an opportunity and seize the moment.
