Senior Project Manager (Leading REIT)

Location: Central London

Salary: £85,000 plus bonus & benefits

Capstone are retained by a highly regarded central London Property Investment and Development company with a market leading portfolio of Central London based real estate. Their serviced office space is growing significantly and with considerable ambition to grow to 1m sq ft of space, we are searching for a senior level Project Manager to deliver the fit out and form part of their development team but working alongside and collaborate with various teams of designers, procurement, leasing and customer experience executives.

Reporting to the Head of Workspaces, the Project Manager will play a key role in the development and improvement of all things Workspace, including CAT B / turnkey fitted space, additional building amenities, continual improvement and updating guidelines. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and influence teams, with a commercial and constantly progressive mindset.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate external teams to deliver workspace within guideline parameters, the project brief and the property business plan needs
  • Ensure all projects are delivered to meet high standards of design and customer experience excellence within budget and on time
  • Ensure all projects meet key objectives: sustainability, wellbeing, technology, health and customer service
  • Contribute to any purchase discussions that may involve the incorporation of Workspace
  • In collaboration, work on target areas of cost efficiency through scale and improve purchasing power through smart and efficient purchasing of all items including furniture, planting, layering and art
  • Track lease breaks working with the leasing and portfoilio management teams to anticipate future Workspace projects
  • Coordinate, research and maintain internal awareness of the latest approach to procurement and delivery
  • Work closely with the Design Managers to obtain clear design direction ensuring high levels of design and customer service excellence
  • Work with the Portfolio Manager to establish a clear business plan for all portfolio projects
