Senior Project Manager (Leading REIT)

£85,000 plus bonus & benefits


Their serviced office space is growing significantly and with considerable ambition to grow to 1m sq ft of space, we are searching for a senior level Project Manager to deliver the fit out and form part of their development team but working alongside and collaborate with various teams of designers, procurement, leasing and customer experience executives.


Reporting to the Head of Workspaces, the Project Manager will play a key role in the development and improvement of all things Workspace, including CAT B / turnkey fitted space, additional building amenities, continual improvement and updating guidelines.

We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and influence teams, with a commercial and constantly progressive mindset.

Lead and coordinate external teams to deliver workspace within guideline parameters, the project brief and the property business plan needs

Ensure all projects are delivered to meet high standards of design and customer experience excellence within budget and on time

Ensure all projects meet key objectives: sustainability, wellbeing, technology, health and customer service

In collaboration, work on target areas of cost efficiency through scale and improve purchasing power through smart and efficient purchasing of all items including furniture, planting, layering and art

Track lease breaks working with the leasing and portfoilio management teams to anticipate future Workspace projects

Work with the Portfolio Manager to establish a clear business plan for all portfolio projects

Commercial mindset ensuring projects meet business plan and wider business requirements

Will likely have a background in project management within the office sector

Design management experience would be a benefit

Proven delivery of high-quality designed space
